Age Restrictions

14 years old and older may register at Point.lt (higher threshold may apply in certain cases and/or countries). Minors, or any person younger than 14, are strictly prohibited. Please do not attempt becoming a member if you are not at least 14 years of age.

Personally Identifying Information Provided to and Collected by Point.lt

Any information a user shares using Point.lt's services about himself or herself will be deemed a voluntary disclosure of personal information. If requested by law enforcement or judicial authorities, we will provide this information upon receipt of the appropriate documentation. Individuals signing up for Point.lt may be given the opportunity to create a unique password to use as an identifier and login. This password will be protected by system administrators and will not be intentionally shared with third parties under any circumstances.


Point.lt may use the information you provide to contact you regarding Point.lt, as well as for billing purposes should you opt into a paid service. Point.lt will not send unsolicited commercial e-mail unrelated to Point.lt, nor will Point.lt share your e-mail address with third parties. Financial Information

Point.lt may accept credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods, for billing purposes should you opt into a paid service. Please note that we process your personal data for this, however we do not store any credit card or other payment card details. For payment processing we may forward your data to Maksekeskus AS or other payment service providers. Payment services providers may store your payment information (and are approved to do so by all applicable regulatory bodies). No access is permitted to this information by any third party.

Unless expressly provided to the contrary, personal information that you provide while you are visiting a provider's website will be subject to the privacy policy posted on such site, and personal information that you provide while on this website in conjunction with a provider's service will be subject to this Privacy Policy. For instance, the credit card information entered as part of the filling out the purchase form or registration process is collected by the third parties registration and/or merchant services and subject to their respective privacy policies.

Browser Information

Point.lt does not collect personally identifiable information from your computer when you browse the website and request pages from our servers. However, Point.lt may log IP addresses for systems administration purposes. IP addresses are logged to track a user's session, to identify problems in development, investigate fraudulent use of Point.lt services, and for other reasons at our discretion. We also use this information to better understand how visitors use our services and how we can better tune our services' contents and functionality to meet your needs.


Cookies are required to use Point.lt's website properly. Point.lt uses both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A cookie is a small data file that can include an anonymous unique identifier that is stored on the computer hard drive of the user. Session cookies do not store any personally identifying information, only a unique visitor ID that is used to improve the Point.lt user experience. Point.lt will exercise reasonable care in providing secure transmission of information between the user's computer and Point.lt's servers, and the storage of information on those servers. However, Point.lt cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to Point.lt over the Internet and accepts no liability for any unintentional disclosure. As such, Point.lt services are not suitable for children. Point.lt, while acting in accordance with the laws, will not be responsible for inaccuracies or completeness of user profiles. When aware of a user who has created an inaccurate profile, Point.lt will take appropriate action to correct the issue according to the Terms of Service. Point.lt makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness thereof. Use of Point.lt services is at the risk of the user, and Point.lt disclaims all responsibility for any loss, injury, or other damage that might be suffered in consequence of any reliance upon or exposure to any part of this site.


To deactivate their profile from our database, users may sign in and deactivate their profile. These options are available from “Account Settings” page. If you want to stop using your account, you have two options. You can temporarily deactivate your account and you can remove your account completely. Removing your account means that no user will be able to search for you on Point.lt, although they may still see you profile from direct cached links. Your deactivated account will be completely deleted within 48 hours. Many users want to deactivate their accounts for temporary reasons and in doing so expect us to maintain their information until they return to Point.lt. You can temporarily close your account for 90 days, after that period your account will be reinstalled again and you will be notified about that by e-mail. To prevent abuse and/or misuse of Point.lt by a user following termination or deletion of a profile/account we shall retain such information as we deem in our sole discretion may be necessary to ensure that user does not open a new account and profile in breach of our Terms of Service and to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.

Warning: Even after you deactivate your account, copies of that information may still be viewable and/or accessed on the Internet to the extent such information has been previously shared with others, or copied or stored by other users or to the extent such information has been shared with search engines. We cannot control these activities, and therefore do not accept any responsibility for such exchange of information. If you have given third party applications or websites access to your personal information they may retain such information to the extent permitted under their terms of service or privacy policies.
